This role focuses on the hands-on creation and deployment of digital communications, including emails, SMS and in-product messaging. A successful candidate will be adept at crafting and managing email assets, nurturing leads, and generating actionable insights through robust reporting and analytics frameworks.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute email marketing campaigns utilizing ESET Marketing Automation Platform, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and target audience segmentation.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to build and execute compelling email content, including copywriting, graphics, and visuals, to enhance engagement and drive desired actions.
- Collaborate with content teams to procure graphics, copy and other relevant campaign assets.
- Coordinate with operations team to utilize audience data and segmentation strategies to personalize email campaigns and tailor messaging to specific customer segments, maximizing relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B tests on various elements of email campaigns, including subject lines, content, and CTAs, to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement, as directed.
- Monitor key email marketing metrics, track campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM), and optimize email deliverability through effective email list management and reputation monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to develop and execute email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, email development (online editor/HTML/CSS), campaign setup, QA, approval, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Setup segments (based on database capabilities), campaigns, and emails in marketing automation tool and deploy.
- Liaison with global automation team to coordinate and align with corporate priorities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to create and deploy SMS and in-product messaging as needed, ensuring a cohesive multi-channel marketing approach.
- Effectively communicates, provides regular updates and manages workload within internal project management software.
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of general business experience, preferably in the software technology business.
- 1+ years of experience managing email marketing programs and campaigns.
- 1+ years of daily hands-on experience with email, marketing automation or CRM platforms like Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, with a preference for Eloqua and Salesforce.com.
- HTML, Responsive and CSS hand-coding skills preferred with proficiency in table-based email templates required.
- Experience with data analysis and email/CLM strategy.
- Ability to be diligently aware of intricate details.
- Ability to communicate effectively regarding technical matters.

- Ability to convey a professional demeanor.
- Skilled in organization and creating sustainable processes.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel (data processing).
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Adobe Test & Target, and CMS applications a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related major.
- Proficiency in Canadian French is a plus.
