Job Description

Contract Duration: 12-month minimum
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 3 PM or 12 PM to 4 PM
Compensation: Negotiable

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Fitness Trainer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for full-time employment. This role involves working with our employees to create and maintain personalized fitness and nutrition programs that align with their needs and goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, engaging, and knowledgeable professional who can support various fitness and meal plans while holding participants accountable for their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct quick 5-15 minute consultations with employees to determine their fitness and nutrition needs.
•Develop personalized fitness and meal programs tailored to individual goals.
•Provide ongoing support and adjust programs as needed to ensure continued progress.
•Utilize accountability tools and scheduling systems to help employees stay on track with their wellness goals
•Organize and lead team-building events, wellness workshops, contests, and health challenges to foster a culture of health within the company.
•Collaborate with VELOX leadership to integrate wellness initiatives into our company culture.
•Contribute to VELOX Media's overall positive, energetic, and results-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications:
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness training and nutrition.
•Proven ability to develop and implement customized fitness and meal plans.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
•Experience with creating and managing wellness programs and team-building activities.
•Knowledge of various accountability tools and scheduling systems.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE, or similar) are preferred but not required.
