Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the healthcare system food service retail venues, as well as providing overall direction, strategy formulation and execution to grow the current P&L retail revenue for the system. Accountable for building upon the retail brands, maximizing revenue and profits, growing the business, managing client and customer satisfaction, and associate loyalty as it relates to the retail operations of all system locations as well as assigned P/L retail operations. Drives and supports sector initiatives as directed. Other duties, special projects and initiatives may be assigned. This position will support a healthcare system with locations in TX, LA and NM and requires extensive travel Key ResponsibilitiesOperates the departments in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.Maintains excellent relationships with patients, guests and client as well as other departments within the hospital.Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team.
