Duties for Hotel Receptionist Waco TX:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms according to their preferences.
• Register guests by collecting necessary information, such as contact details and stay dates.
• Provide detailed information about the hotel, including available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Manage both online and phone reservations efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of recent hotel receptionist experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• No felonies, regardless of how long ago.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
