DAY-TO-DAY
As an HVAC Service Department Manager, you play an essential leadership role as you oversee the profitable operation of our HVAC service department. You recruit, hire, and train people who quickly become assets to your team. As someone who cares about the success of every employee, you ensure they have the support they need. You have a hands-on leadership style, and you're happy to ride along on service calls to provide guidance for technicians. You plan and implement procedures to maximize efficiency while establishing controls that ensure a consistently high standard of quality and safety. An analytical thinker, you evaluate our current business processes and identify areas of improvement. You capably review financial data, activity analytics, and sales reports to measure progress. Based on your findings, you adapt your business management strategy and reallocate resources as needed.
