Duties/Responsibilities:

• Installs new HVAC units in commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
• Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVAC units.
• Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.
• Maintains inventory of replacement parts and orders replacements.
• Complies with company and industry safety standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Respond to emergency service calls
• On-call rotation
• Strong electrical troubleshooting background is a necessity 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Piping installations.
  
• VRF systems and equipment experience.
• Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Time management.
• Excellent communication skills, as required to interact with customer.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA Universal. 
• OSHA 10 or 30.
• NFPA 51b Hot Works certification.
• Journeyman Refrigeration License, with 7-10 years of experience.
