We share a vision for the future and encourage innovative and creative people who want to share in this commitment.  We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual to join our team as an INVESTMENT ANALYST .  The position will work  closely with the investment management team in settling trades, ensuring investment plan compliance, analyzing securities, providing direct assistance to the Chief Investment Officer and generating miscellaneous reports as required.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Finance Degree or equivalent investment experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Willingness to pursue advanced degree and/or industry designations, e.g. CFA
• Genuine interest in investments, economics, and capital markets
• Ability to code in VBA is preferred but not required
• Candidate selected will be required to obtain the Series 65 license within 90 days of hire

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper/accurate trade settlements.
• Assist with broker/dealer paperwork and relevant new client paperwork.
• Assist with regular cash reconciliations.
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge about each client’s unique investment strategy and portfolio holdings. 
• Assist with preparation of investment reporting presentations for clients; provide clients with up-to-date information regarding performance, investment strategy and client specific issues regarding their portfolio.
• Develop and maintain detailed portfolio plans, performance projections, and risk management strategies.
• Read research reports, provide input and help monitor various credits across multiple asset classes.
• Have regular interaction with Portfolio Managers and participation in investment meetings.
• Assist with analyzation of existing and potential investments, utilizing external research and maintaining internal portfolio evaluation and monitoring tools.
• Assist with research and recommendations of investment strategies for various total return portfolios.
