About This Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce instance, with a key focus on managing the CPQ and Billing functions (Revenue Cloud). In this role, you will help to enhance our CPQ and Billing systems to ensure seamless integration and operation within our sales and financial processes. Your responsibilities will encompass system administration, data management, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the business to understand their needs and translate them into scalable solutions. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of Salesforce, lead impactful projects, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Handle configuration changes such as Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, and custom settings.
  • Design, implement, and manage Quote and Product Configuration integrations.
  • Manage all CPQ and Billing configurations, ensuring best practices and scalability.
  • Provide technical solutions for revenue recognition and billing processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into best practice solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, support procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct new user training and ongoing user support to improve adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve Salesforce data quality and implement data management best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher certification.
  • Previous experience working in SaaS preferred.
  • BA/BS degree or higher preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Strong technical analysis, systems design, peer review, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience in change management and DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
