Job Description Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security professional / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL. The candidate will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs.
What You Will Be Doing •Perform duties as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for one or more programs.
•As the CPSO the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense policy and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and others as applicable.
•Duties also include completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.
•Provide Personnel Security administration support for the Special Programs Operations Center (SPOC). This includes providing general management of the SPOC's day-to-day operations and other assignments within the scope of SPOC responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications •Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
•Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
•Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
•This position requires applicants to have a final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
Desired skills Experience with security clearances, JADE, SIMS, DISS, Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility security compliance.
Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $63,500 - $119,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
