Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a national service-based company, that operates as a subscription model, in hiring a Social Media Manager. The ideal Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence, fostering community engagement and driving brand demand through compelling content and impactful social campaigns. The role will be focused solely on organic social media.

This will be a fully onsite role once the office remodel is completed in January 2025.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content across multiple social media platforms (with a focus on TikTok, Meta and X)
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign and creative execution
  • Plan and execute effective social media content to drive brand awareness and demand for the brand's services
  • Create multimedia content, including graphics, videos and written posts, aligned with the brand voice and values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives
  • Foster a sense of community among the brand's audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and participating in relevant conversations
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content
  • Provide regular reports and insights to guide future social media strategies
Social Media Manager Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field
  • 5+ years proven experience in managing organic social media channels and strategies
  • Proven ability to increase and sustain high levels of engagement across social media channels
  • Ability to enhance brand visibility and maintain positive sentiment through effective social media strategies
  • Proven instances of content virality and the ability to create shareable and resonant posts
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to ensure creative assets align with brand messaging
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
