Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager to join our team in Edmonds, Washington. The role primarily involves overseeing tax planning, compliance, preparation, and adherence to tax laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also manage a team, conduct tax research, and provide tax advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and preparation to ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations
• Manage a team to ensure efficient operation of the tax department
• Conduct comprehensive tax research to inform tax strategies and decisions
• Provide expert tax advice to clients to optimize their tax positions
• Utilize auditing skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tax-related matters
• Implement effective tax planning strategies to maximize client benefits
• Prepare accurate tax returns in a timely manner
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team
• Use tax research and planning skills to provide innovative solutions to complex tax issues
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 + bonus.
