Insight Global is looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst for one of their top healthcare clients in Worcester, MA. As a Workday Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes within the hospital. Your responsibilities include:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
o Generate reports and dashboards to track inventory levels, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives.
2. Process Improvement:
o Recommend strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
o Work closely with other professionals (e.g., procurement, logistics) to implement changes.
3. Training and Documentation:
o Train end-uon Workday Supply Chain functionality.
o Create and maintain documentation related to system processes and best practices.
4. Vendor Coordination:
o Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
o Monitor vendor performance and address any issues.
5. Compliance and Regulations:
o Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain management.
o Ensure adherence to industry standards and hospital policies.

Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of healthcare (hospital) supply chain experience
Proficient in excel, v-lookups
Bachelor's degree or associates degree with relevant years of experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Workday
